The ample storage and re-heating facilities in the form of a refrigerator and a freezer, a microwave oven, and many refrigerator-to-microwave food containers allow you to prepare your own meals and yet spend little time doing so. One solid trip to the market, accompanied by a staff member, can allow you to prepare and freeze several days' dinners, so that you minimize time spent in the kitchen.
Alternatively, we can arrange for a professional cook to do this work (at extra cost). With the cook's help, you can pamper your palate with cuisine prepared to suit your instructions. Or leave it to the cook to serve you some fine Caribbean cuisine. The variety of fruits and vegetables will tickle your taste buds. On a sunny day with enough wood around you can order up a barbecue. There's even a sun cooker to give you that exceptional softness of fish and chicken cooked slowly over several hours, if that tickles your fancy.
