The diagram above gives you an idea of "RIVIERA" VILLA's location on the north coast of Jamaica, which is in the western Caribbean Sea, just south of Cuba. Jamaica is a small, mountainous, island -- 175 kilometers long and 25 kilometers wide. Due to the mountains, it is usually a slow drive from one major town to another.
"RIVIERA" VILLA is on the Beach Road in Mammee Bay, a largely residential development containing luxurious private homes and villas on large lots. Just 5 kilometers west of Ocho Rios, 3 west of Dunn's River Falls, and 4 east of St. Ann's Bay, it is roughly 70 kilometers from the Montego Bay airport (a 1.5-hour drive).
At Riviera Villa you are within 30 minutes' drive of several local attractions. These include a plantation where tourists are taken on guided tours, the gardens of Carinosa and Shaw Park in the hills, Green Grotto caves, Fern Gully, rafting on the White River, and golfing at Runaway Bay. Rafting on the Rio Grande river is about 2.5 hours drive away, and rafting on the Martha Brae river is about 1.5 hours drive away.
From Riviera Villa's gate it will take you 2 minutes to walt to the beach and just 10 minutes to drive to Dunn's River Falls (see below).
